I get quiet a bit of them, and it is just me that runs the shop. I am also a mother of twins, so please forgive me, if it takes me a while to answer. If I have not gotten back to you at all, chances are I read it, and was going to get back to you, but my twins my have written on the wall, painted our dog or cut each others hair (all of which HAVE happened) so your question may have quickly gotten buried in my in-box, and I am really sorry about that! ♥ WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please keep in mind that I do EVERYTHING myself. Including photos, convos to answer questions, researching the next cool item to create, picking orders and packing/shipping them as well as all the bookkeeping. Please take this into consideration when ordering and know that I am trying to do everything humanly possible to get your package to you one time but on rare occasions family life gets in the way. I will always contact my customers to let them know if there is a problem. In addition I provide you with your delivery confirmation number/customs declaration number (that I pay for with EVERY order no matter the size). This makes us both feel better when we can each track your package!

I sew then sell not sell then sew. So if you are wanting specific colors or customizations to an already listed item there is a good chance I can't do it because it is already made. and if you are waiting to hear back from me you may loose out on the item you wanted customized because someone else that wasn't as needy came along and snagged up the last one! Boohoo... :(

♥ DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
I'm sorry but I cannot accept custom orders at this time . My goal is to have a shop that sells items that are READY-TO-SHIP. Right now I would like to focus on stocking my online shop with items that are available for immediate purchase and shipment. I'm an artist, not a seamstress. The joy of sewing diminishes when I fulfill custom requests. Plus, they just aren't as inspiring for me as an artist and usually end up costing me more time and money. However, it never hurts to ask. Just know that I may have to say no in order to maintain my sanity and be fair to my twins, husband and friends.

If you see something you like in my SOLD section that is not listed, just let me know, I may be able to recreate it for you. I typically purchase in small quantities, so my supply of most fabrics is limited. While I will purchase additional or special fabrics upon request, please keep in mind that this will add additional time (up to three weeks) to the creation of your custom order.

♥ CAN YOU MAKE A BANNER/TEEPEE THAT MATCHES MY NURSERY/DECOR/THEME?
YES, MAYBE. My requirement for a custom made banner/teepee is that the fabric must be from one of these shops and they must be an already created fabric bundle/collection. (i.e.- no list of 10 different fabrics for me to purchase... ) :)Here are the shops you could look at:

♥ CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE?
Yes, as long as the listing description does not say “LAST CHANCE” at the very top. If it is a pinafore or dress then the sizes that are available are found at the beginning of each listing. However I may or may not have more fabric that I can make you a different one, so just message me so I can check for you.

♥ CAN YOU SET UP A CUSTOM LISTING FOR ME?
If you would like to order a number of items from the shop in a reserved listing please send a convo including the links to these items. This helps me to create the listing quickly and accurately and will save an extra message back and forth and will speed along the listing process. Please allow 24 hours for me to reply to reserve listing requests (possibly longer on weekend) and up to 24 additional hours to make your listing. ♥ CAN I PURCHASE A DRESS, PINAFORE OR DRAWSTRING BAG IN A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN WHAT IS LISTED?
If a clothing item has a size such as 2T or SMALL in the listing then it is NOT a made to order item that is the size that you are buying. I typically purchase fabric in small quantities, so my supply of most fabrics is limited. ♥ I HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR SHOP/ONLINE SHOP. HOW CAN I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT WITH YOU?
Until my kids are in school and I have so much time on my hands than I don't know what to do with I cannot offer wholesale on items that you select. I get so many emails regarding wholesale and don't have the time to commit to each inquiry's specific needs so I decided to create a few wholesale listings that spell out exactly how you can purchase wholesale from me in the quantities that I require. Quantity is only negotiable after the minimum has been met. I set up the listings so that I choose from my inventory. If I had to make each of your wholesale items AFTER you order then I would not only be stressed but it wouldn't benefit me to help reduce my current inventory. I have no problem trying to accommodate a few fabric patterns that you like but PLEASE do not ask to pick out your entire order. ♥ HOW DO YOU SHIP?
I ship via USPS First Class mail for items up to 13 oz, after that they go via Priority. Either way, Delivery Confirmation is a must with my shipping and is included in the shipping cost that you pay upon checkout. I will do my best to provide you with a tracking number, although sometimes I do get busy. If you haven't been provided with a tracking number and notice your item has been shipped under your purchase menu, please contact me and I will get you one asap! I ship on MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS. Local customers are welcome to forgo shipping costs and pick up their packages. Please contact me for details prior to paying for your purchase. During a "SALE", items may take a bit longer to be sent out. If you are in a hurry, contact me thru Etsy PRIOR to purchase, as upgrades to Priority are additional to the listed fee, as well as to see if I can accommodate a special trip to the Post Office for you!

Returning customers: regardless of how quickly you may have received a past order, you should always plan for the maximum amount of time before shipment of new orders just in case I am extremely busy. Sometimes I am able to ship within a day or two (or even same day) but at other times it could take the entire lead time as mentioned in my shop announcement and policies.

♥ HOW DO YOU FIGURE OUT YOUR SHIPPING COST?
While I do try to be fair with the shipping costs, please keep in mind that a shipping cost does not reflect actual postage cost, it includes other fees such as delivery confirmation, shipping materials, ink, mailers, tissue paper, labels, sealing stickers etc. and a handling/processing fee.

♥ I NEED TO RECEIVE MY ITEM ASAP! CAN YOU SHIP IT OVERNIGHT?
PLEASE convo me first to make sure it is ready and that I am able to. It will be an additional MINIMUM of $20 dollars (depending on size/weight) to have it shipped overnight but I have done it many times for many happy customers.

Yes I do. The shipping rates for international orders can be found at the bottom of each listing.

Via First Class mail.No tracking is available. Shipping varies on destination, normally up to 14 days for most countries.
South and Central America:can take up to 40 days (due to customs)
Canada:can take up to 21 days. (usually less)
Singapore:can take up to 21 days.
Europe: can take up to 21 days (usually less) Spain, France, Germany and Italy run the longest shipping times so far.
Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea: can take up to 30 days (sometimes less)
Australia, New Zealand: up to 21 days.
Israel: up to 21 days.

There is NO SUCH THING as tracking for international packages UNLESS you pay for registered mail. If you want to be able to track your package- this is not cheap and will cost you more. Due to the high amount of lost packages in the past, shipping to the following countries is by REGISTERED MAIL ONLY (there will be 5 USD extra charge for registered fee:

♥ HAVE YOU EVER HAD ANY LOST PACKAGES?
YES. I have and I hate when it happens. Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, I am not responsible for the loss or damage. For extra protection, please purchase insurance. If you would like insurance, notify me in the "Message to Seller" box and I will update your invoice. 

USPS Insurance costs for US Packages are $1.75 for up to $50.00, $2.25 for $50.01-$100.00, $2.75 for $100.01-$200.00. $4.70 for $200.01-$300. By placing an order you recognize that you have read this and understand that I have ZERO control over the postal system once your package leaves my hands. I will not do ANYTHING until at least 6 weeks have passed since your order has mailed out. I know, I dislike this as much as you do....grrrr....

♥ WILL YOU MARK AN ITEM AS A GIFT TO AVOID TAXES?
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
